• Is it 100% human hair Vietnamese?

Answer: Yes, we only supply 100% human hair and we have Virgin Hair & Remy Hair. 

• Can I dye the hair?

Answer: Yes, the hair can be dyed as it is human hair. But there is a general rule that hair can be dyed from lighter color to darker color.

And we suggest you ask the professional hairstylist to dye for you, Always try a small strand of hair.

• How long do Hair Extensions last?

Answer: Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than 5 years.

•  Can they be straightened or curled?

Answer: Yes, you could use a hair straightener or hair curler to style the virgin hair. However, don’t do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

•  Does it Shedding or Tangle?

Answer: No shedding whatsoever and straight after you wash as long as you blow-dry. Do not comb or brush the hair extensions while the hair is wet. Make sure the hair is dry and pulled up to keep hair from tangling at night.

• Is there a minimum order quantity?

Answer: Our MOQ is 0.5kg, we will have a special discount for large quantities.

• What are non-Remy hair, Remy hair, and virgin hair?

Answer: Non-Remy hair is collected from the floor of temples and hair salons. Cuticle directions become mixed, causing tangling and matting. To disguise this the hair will go through an acid bath to completely strip the cuticle, similar to relaxing your hair about a dozen times – Remy hair: each bundle Remy hair are from 3-4 difference people mixed together, but all Remy hair bundle are the same cuticle direction – Virgin hair is hair from only one girl, cuticle aligned.

• How to wash my hair?

Step 1: Detangle hair gently before washing. Comb your hair extensions with a spacious wired comb.

Step 2: With warm water gently wet the extensions. Put shampoo (Light Color Shampoo No Purple Shampoo) with low or absolutely no sulfates on them.

Step 3: Rinse out the shampoo. Apply conditioner. For tape in hair extensions, don’t put conditioner on the tapes, which may cause the tapes to fall out easily. Once you’ve rinsed out the conditioner and they’ve dried, comb through the extensions so they’re not tangled.

Step 4: You can leave the extensions out in the air to dry.

Step 5: Do Not Rub or Twist hair when you wash them. Crush straight hair in a downward motion starting with the ends, work your way up to the roots.

Step 6: Hair may tangle if general care directions are not followed properly.

• What is single drawn, double drawn, or super double drawn?

Answer: They’re all our qualities and the difference among them is the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles

– Super double-drawn human hair is the thickest hair. It has approx almost the amount of hair strands that are in the same length. However, the making process is more sophisticated. Hence, the price of super double-drawn hair is higher than the others.

– Double-drawn hair contains a medium of hair at the same length. It delivers a natural look and thicker ends.

– Single Drawn hair: the hair extensions contain multiple lengths of hair, which will make the hair become thickest at the top of the hair, tapers at the middle, and is thin on the ends.

•  Where is the product shipped from? What is the cost of shipping?

Answer: All our products are shipped from Vietnam. We ship orders using DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex …. We do offer expedited shipping at the cost of customers’ expense and estimated delivery costs/time vary depending on which kind of service is chosen, the weight of the package, and delivery destination.

• Your price is higher than some other companies in VN, so what are your Unique Selling Point?

Price is a little high, but quality is good. If you feel it expensive, I can show you lower price? It suites for you.

After receiving your payment we will prepare the hair to ship. When it’s ready I will ship it immediately and it can take 3 -5 days to ship.

• Should I sign on the package?

Yes, signature is requested. We would like to make sure that UPS will deliver the hair to right address

• Why do you charge 4% PayPal fee?

In fact, PayPal charges us much about 7-8% fee in which we just want to receive exact amount to make hair so we support you a part of paypal charges.

• How to take care blonde hair?

Because blonde cuticle is lost a part after bleaching.

So hair is thinner, you should comb the hair when hair dry, not wet.

• How take care curly, deep wavy?

You should comb curly and deep wavy black and brown when hair is wet, not comb when hair is dry. Hair is easy tangle when hair is dry.

• How to distinguish the real hair and the fake hair?

Can I get free sample and free shipping so that I can test the quality of your hair?

Normally, shipping fee is quite expensive so you can order 3 bundles for the first sample, it’s better to save the fee of delivery.

• Where do you collect the hair?

Our material hair is collected from healthy donors. It guarantees the quality of our hair.

All our hair is soft and shiny and can be bleach to blonde.

• What kind of hairstyles do you have?

I have 4 types of hairstyles: bone straight, wavy and curly. I have both of them in weft and bulk.

• Do you have natural curly hair?

Our curly hair is hot team curly.

I noticed that some of the bundles have a slight lighter hair color than other bundles I have ordered previously. I also discovered a few grey hairs present, is this normal?

This is perfectly normal.

Please understand that 100% pure Virgin hair is untreated hair.

It comes from various donors. Some donors are older than others and vice versa. Each donor will have a different hair curl pattern and hair color ranging anywhere from an off black to a natural brown color, and yes, even a few gray strands here or there.

After you make payment we will start to do hair for you, and after 5-6 days I will ship hair to your address.

• How long do you take to make it?

In normal we often need about 3 days, but it depends on the color, the textures you need it can be longer than normal 1- 2 days.

Currently we just can produce which ones we have. But we always test making other new patterns to launch it to the market as soon as possible.

• How do you preserve the cuticles?

We just wash the hair carefully with shampoo which is extracted from natural ingredients. We don’t use any chemicals to process the hair.

The hair still keeps all cuticles so it’s strong and not easy to be damaged.

• Does your hair have a lot of short hairs?

It depends on the quality you choose.

If you choose super double drawn hair, the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles is very little, so you can see the end of hair is very full.

• Do you offer single donor hair or multiple donor?

We offer both of them which are virgin hair from one donor and remy hair.

• What’s the size you have?

We have 6-32 inches, sometime we also have 34-40 inches but limited quantity?

• What is single drawn, double drawn and super double drawn hair? What is your highest quality hair and what makes it high quality?

They’re all our qualities and the difference among them is the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles.

Single drawn hair has thin end because the amount of short hair mixed inside is the most but super double drawn has very thick end almost same length.
