When you make orders with our sale staffs, please REMEMBER this criteria to define the products you want to buy:

Hair fabrication
Right after the ordering, there will be 2 types of status:
- If your order are available in our warehouse, Gruda will immediately start the action of payment and shipping
- We may not have any types of hair you need left in the warehouse, it will take you about 2 to 7 days for the hair production up to the quantity of the order.
Before moving to the next step, Gruda staff through contact apps will send you the pictures and videos of finished goods so as to make sure about your satisfaction with the hairstyles, color,,, or even video calls with us.

Payment for customers in Nigeria
- Payment through intermediary (agent): This is the most favorable way for Nigeria consumers to pay for the orders. There are some popular agencies like:…
– You can keep using your chosen agent if you already have one. Then you have to submit the sales team the receipt of the transfer your agent send to Gruda bank account, so they can confirm with the financial department
– Otherwise, if you have not picked any agent yet, our staff will assist you to locate one suits you. After that, they will give you the account number and rate then you will able to transfer us money in Naira unit, which also attach with receipt.
The factory will begin manufacturing your hair after the confirmation of the payment.
- Direct payment in US dollars: This is a rarely used and discouraged method of payment. The reason for this is that transferring money in US dollars in Nigeria is frequently complex and time-consuming.
Payment for customers in Africa:
Bank transfer: This method of payment uses US dollars is particularly popular among African clients. Payments can be made using a mobile phone app or at a bank. This procedure can take up to two days.
Onepay: You can use Onepay if you have a Visa or Mastercard. This is a quick and easy method of payment that takes only a few minutes. The link to make payment will be sent to you by the sales staff.
Other options: You can also use Western Union, Remitly, and RIA in addition to the methods indicated above. Payments can be made through phone or at the bank.

GrudaHair employs Gabriel agency (Lagos, Nigeria) to export through intermediary agencies. This is a large and well-established agent that specializes in freight deliveries from Vietnam to Nigeria.
We can deliver the hair on Wednesday or Saturday if you choose Gabriel as your representative. The delivery fee is $15.5 per kilogram. The delivery time for the hair is approximately 5-7 days.
Gabriel’s agent will send you a Whatsapp message when the hair arrives from GrudaHair, advising you of the delivery time.
You only need to send us the address of your shipping agency in Vietnam if you have one. Then we’ll assist you in getting the hair supplied at a reasonable price.
You can also hire a Chinese agent who can provide the hair on a daily basis. The delivery time to China is only approximately 3-5 days, and the delivery fee is $9 per kilogram. However, because to the Covid-19 epidemic and the border closure order, delivery of the hair may take 12-20 days.
– Shipping via UPS, FedEx, or DHL
These are shipping units that are quick and easy to use. The delivery time is only 3 to 7 days. However, you should not use these units since they are highly expensive, and the hair tax in Nigeria is also very high.

Besides, FedEx will not be responsible for any issues that arise during the delivery process (such as lost, misplaced or broken items). However, the cost is reasonale and is computed using FedEx’s rate tariff, which includes the cost of the package. The time required is approximately 5-7 days.

Return Exchange policy
In case you’re unsatisfied with the hair products you purchased, you can return them, meeting some criteria outlined below:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase to initiate a refund / exchange request.
- Hair is NOT installed, stained, cut or altered in any way
- Please note: If the item is removed from the package and used in any visible way, all return and exchange policies become invalid
- Hair must be in its original bundle and must not be tied at its top
- Hair must be in the original packaging
- Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice
- Shipping and handling belong to the customer’s responsibility
- Goods must be received at our company office before the refund can be issued
- Products must be returned at your expense. We recommend using a shipping service provider with a signature and / or insurance confirmation service to protect your package
- Please do not return unauthorized. We are not responsible for lost items, unauthorized returns or items sent to the incorrect address.
7 days products guarantee: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Based on the actual situation, we may ask you to send photos of your hair problem. If the problems can be resolved through maintenance regimen, then we may offer what product(s) may help to resolve your problem. If the problems cannot be resolved through maintenance, the hair must be sent back to us and received before we can take further action. As we want to determine if your purchase warrants replacement, the entire purchased amount of hair must be removed and mailed back to our office. Customers take responsibilities for all the costs of hair removal and mailing the products back. Also, we do not offer returns/exchanges for customized hair products.
